Refund & Guarantee

Handyman Content is a monthly subscription that delivers done-for-you social media videos for your business. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

The 30-Day More Views Guarantee

We're confident our videos will get your page more attention than it's had before, so we back the service with a performance guarantee.

To be eligible, you must meet all of the following:

  • Post at least 10 of your first month's videos within your first 30 days, following our recommended posting schedule.
  • Submit your claim within 7 days of the end of that first 30-day period by emailing info@handymancontent.com with a link to your page.
  • Your page's total views over those 30 days must be lower than your views over the 30 days immediately prior.

If you meet these conditions and your views did not increase, we will refund your first month's payment in full and pay you an additional $100. We reserve the right to verify your posting activity and view counts, and to decline claims we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

Subscription & Cancellation

Handyman Content is a recurring monthly subscription.

  • You may cancel anytime by contacting us at info@handymancontent.com or through your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until that period ends.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • If you believe you were charged after cancelling, contact us immediately with your cancellation confirmation and we'll investigate.

Exceptions

Outside the guarantee above, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We may issue a refund or credit in these cases:

  • Technical IssuesA verifiable failure on our end that prevents delivery of your videos and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate ChargeYou were accidentally billed more than once for the same period.
  • Material MisrepresentationThe service is materially different from what was described.
  • Legal RequirementWhere applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

For these, contact info@handymancontent.com within 7 days of the charge with relevant documentation. We'll respond within 5 business days.

Payment Processor Fees

Where a refund is granted under any provision of this policy, third-party payment processor fees (charged to us by Stripe or other providers) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount. We'll communicate the final amount before processing.

Notice for EU/EEA Consumers

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days under applicable consumer law. Where your local consumer rights provide greater protection than this policy, your local rights prevail. To exercise these rights, contact info@handymancontent.com.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post them.
  • You'll receive email confirmation once a refund is processed, including the final amount.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us at info@handymancontent.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Filing a dispute without contacting us first can delay resolution (the process can take 30–90 days) and may result in suspension of access during the dispute. If you've contacted us and aren't satisfied, you remain free to pursue your rights through your payment provider or local consumer authority.
